From application to trade order

A shop applies
Add the trade form to any page from the theme editor. It uses your theme's fonts and colours, asks one question at a time, and you choose the questions: VAT number, shop address, where they heard of you.

You approve them
Applications arrive in your Shopify admin. Approve one and Stocara tags the customer and emails them, with your logo and colours. If you trust the form, switch on auto-approve.

They order at trade
The stockist signs in and checks out like anyone else, at their price. Set a minimum order per tier and checkout holds anything smaller, telling them exactly how much more to add.

Each stockist gets the deal you agreed
Trade deals are rarely one flat percentage. Stocara lets you set them the way you actually sell.
Rates by tier
Group stockists into tiers like Independent or Distributor, each with its own discount and order minimum.
Rates by product or collection
Keep margin on bestsellers and go deeper on slow lines. Products you exclude always sell at full price.
One-off deals
Give a single stockist their own rate without making a tier for them.

Questions
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. Stocara's trade pricing runs as a Shopify discount app, and those work on every plan, Basic included.
Will my retail customers see trade prices?
No. The trade price only applies at checkout, and only for customers you've approved. Everyone else pays full price and sees the store exactly as it is today.
Does the form work with my theme?
It's a theme app block, so it works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and the themes in Shopify's theme store. You add it from the theme editor without touching code.
Can stockists pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Turn on a manual payment method in Shopify, then pick it in Stocara. Approved stockists can choose it at checkout and see your payment details on their order confirmation.
What happens if I uninstall?
Shopify removes the trade discount, the checkout minimum and the payment rule along with the app, so nothing is left on your store. Stocara deletes what it held about your shop and your applicants.
